Our approach integrates multiple types of somatic therapy, including Somatic Experiencing and Self Regulation Therapy, to help clients address trauma and stress held in the body. In addition, we utilize other effective modalities such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Intuitive Eating to support our clients in overcoming various mental health and wellness issues.
